No. The result opens in your phone's or computer's browser. If you like, you can add Rezulto to your home screen like an app, but you don't have to.
A 6-digit code, valid for 10 minutes. Without it the link shows nothing: nobody else can open your result, even if they have the link.
The link in the message is valid for 14 days. After that, sign in at rezulto.app/patient with your personal number or Rezulto ID and your date of birth; you will receive a new code. All your results are there.
Open the result and tap "Share with doctor". Choose how long the link is valid (1, 7 or 30 days) and send it however you like. You can cancel it at any time.
Yes. The message reaches you anywhere, and the site is in 9 languages: Albanian, English, German, French, Italian, Swedish, Romanian, Bosnian and Russian.
Results are stored encrypted in the European Union (Frankfurt), under Kosovo Law 06/L-082 and the GDPR. Every opening is logged. The Rezulto team cannot see your results.
Some sensitive tests (for example HIV, hepatitis or genetic tests) are handed to you in person by the doctor or at the laboratory. This is deliberate, to protect your privacy.
No. Rezulto sends you the laboratory's document exactly as it is. Ask your doctor what the values mean.
