Terms of use

1. The service

Rezulto allows you to receive and view the test results that your laboratory sends you. The service is free for patients.

2. No medical advice

Rezulto delivers the results produced by laboratories. Rezulto does not interpret results and does not give medical advice. For questions about your results, please contact your doctor or your laboratory.

In an emergency, call your country's medical emergency number.

3. Your obligations

• Keep your code secret and do not share it with anyone.
• Make sure your laboratory has your correct phone number and email. To change them, contact the laboratory.
• Do not try to access other people’s results or disrupt the operation of the service.

4. Laboratories

The terms for laboratories are set out in the separate contract concluded with each laboratory. Responsibility for the content of results remains with the laboratory.

5. Availability

We do our best to keep the service available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rezulto is not liable for indirect damage, for the content of results produced by laboratories, or for the consequences of sharing your code with other people. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. This does not deprive you of the rights granted by the law of the country where you live, where that law protects you more.

8. Changes

These terms may change. Changes are announced on the website and the date of the last update is shown at the top.
