Rezulto uses no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you. We only store in your browser what is strictly necessary for the service to work.
1. What we store in your browser
- Patient session (sessionStorage): keeps you signed in after you have entered your code. It is deleted when you close the tab or after 12 hours.
- Laboratory staff session (localStorage): keeps staff signed in through Supabase.
- Chosen language (localStorage): so that the website is shown in your language.
- Selected laboratory (localStorage): for staff who work with more than one laboratory.
2. Anti-bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile)
On sign-in forms we use Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots. This check does not use cookies for tracking and does not ask you to solve image puzzles. To tell humans from bots, it may process your IP address and signals from your browser.
3. Why there is no consent banner
Because we only use strictly necessary storage, with no advertising, no analytics and no tracking, no cookie consent banner is required.
4. How to clear this data
You can clear it at any time in your browser settings, under privacy or site data (stored data and cookies for rezulto.app). Closing the tab deletes the patient session. The Sign out button deletes the session in any case. After clearing, you will need to sign in again and choose your language again.
