The link in the message is valid for 14 days. The result does not disappear after that: it stays in your Rezulto space, together with all your other results.

In the browser of your phone or computer. You do not need an app.
With your personal number or Rezulto ID and your date of birth. You can also sign in with the phone number or email you gave the laboratory.
A 6-digit code is sent to your phone or email. It is valid for 10 minutes.
The list shows all your results, from every laboratory that uses Rezulto. Open the one you need; you can also download it as a PDF.
The laboratory may not have been using Rezulto yet when you had your tests, or may not use it at all. In that case, ask the laboratory directly.
